At Everything Graduation, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s our policy on refunds and returns:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom products (e.g., engraved frames, personalized caps).

    • Items worn or altered after delivery.

  3. Return Process:

    • Contact support@everythinggraduation.com with your order number and photos of the item.

    • Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

  4. Processing Time:

    • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we are at fault.
